Our highly experienced chefs will teach you some of the techniques utilised in fine dining as well as those mouth-watering home cooked dishes that will remain etched in your minds and taste buds thereafter. Our ingredients are all locally sourced from artisanal farmers and local market traders insuring the freshest and highest quality ingredients go into every dish.In France the one thing we don’t joke about is our food. We guarantee that you will leave us having enjoyed an enriching experience, in regards to our tutors, our facility and its location in one of the most beautiful and culturally rich parts of the world.

DAY 1 

Airport or train transfert (to be quoted accroding to where you will arrive)

DAY 2 

Visit of lastours Castle (hiking 2hours) in the morning + lunch in a local restaurant+ Cookery class in the afternoon (5pm) and diner

 

DAY 3 

Visit of the Medieval fortress “la Cité de Carcassonne” + lunch in a local restaurant + Cookery class in the afternoon (5pm) and diner

 

DAY 4 

Chocolate workshop (10AM) and lunch in a traditionnal restaurant + Visit of two vinyards and wine tasting in the afternoon, meet with the wine maker and share his passion for vines and wines.

 DAY 5 

Traditionnal outdoor market in the medieval town of Revel, lunch at leisure in the town + Visit of Sorèze village and St Ferreol lake

DAY 6 

Day free at leisure, you can enjoy the book village of Montolieu and discover its many libraries, book museum and restaurants ! You can also go for a walk in the beautiful nature as Montolieu is perched in the black mountain, footstep of the Pyrénéés mountain.

DAY 7 

Traditionnal outdoor market in Mirepoix (beautifull medival town) + cookery class in the afternoon (5PM) and diner

DAY 8 

Visit of Castelnaudary in the morning (Canal du Midi, local traditionnal artisanal potter)+ lunch in a restaurant where the specialiy is the Cassoulet( The dish that symbolizes Castelnaudary is called “Le Cassoulet”, this hearty stew is made with pork sausage, duck confit all surrounded by savory soupy white beans…Cassoulet gets its name from the dish in which it is prepared, a cassole. This is a casserole like dish made from a mixture of clay from the Lauragais region around Castelnaudary that is particularly heat resistant).

DAY 9 

Transfer to your airport or train station (to be quote according to the place)
